TRACKING YOUR 5k: Participants may track their distance using any Global Positioning System (GPS) fitness device (FitBit, Garmin Vivoactive, Apple Watch, etc.) or phone app (Strava, Map My Run, etc.).

  • Complete a 5K (3.1 miles) Run/Walk/Bike/Skate/Cardio Machine any time between DecemJanuary 1, 2021.
  • LOCATION: You pick- anywhere on Earth! Enjoy 3.1 miles in the inside or outside location of your choice. You can complete the 5k anytime between Decemand January 1, 2021.
